How to Initiate a Return

    • If eligible, we will email you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
    • Some returns may qualify for a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship Your Return
    • After approval, ship your return within 7 days to avoid restocking fees.
    • Keep your tracking number for reference.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase, and once your return is processed, place a new order for the correct item.

Refund Process
